This Shipping Policy explains processing times, delivery options, tracking, and what to do if your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged.
Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- We ship using Australia Post.
- Standard delivery typically takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location.
- Express Post options are available at checkout for faster delivery (1–3 business days in most metro areas).
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout (flat rate or carrier-calculated).
International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally.
If international shipping is enabled in the future:
- Delivery times vary by country and may take 10–20 business days.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Tracking updates are provided directly by Australia Post.
Delays
- While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to postal service issues, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs).
- We are not responsible for shipping delays once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at edzayashop@gmail.com so we can investigate with Australia Post. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
