Shipping Policy


We ship authentic, authorized products within Australia only. We do not ship internationally. All orders are delivered by Australia Post.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping rates

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $75 AUD.
  • $9.95 AUD flat-rate standard shipping on orders under $75.
  • Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery estimates

Standard delivery by Australia Post usually takes 2–8 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Remote and regional areas may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; we are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or events outside our control.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we email you an Australia Post tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at edzayashop@gmail.com with your order number and we will help resolve it.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately and we will try to update it before dispatch.
