Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, contact us and we will guide you through a return or refund.
How to start a return or refund
To request a return or refund, email edzayashop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will reply with step-by-step instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us — returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging;
- In the same condition you received them;
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-returnable items
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare, cosmetics, and personal-care products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or were sent in error. Gift cards and final-sale items are also non-returnable.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong product, email us within 7 days of delivery at edzayashop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Return shipping costs
Unless the item is faulty or was sent in error, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order. Contact us if you need help.
